overall it's a budget hotel and good in this range. And please cross verify with the owner regarding the lift if travelling with the senior citizens.

The hotel is on 3rd floor with no lifts. So if you have health issue like blood pressure or heart problems. Or knee problems, this is not a place. I have osteaoarthritis and doctors had said not to climb stairs. I had asked staff to find altenrative but lift does not work. staff refused to help. My mattress was not good and resulted in back pain. Mattresses are spring mattress. I had a stay for 3 nights. I basixally chexked after 2 nights. Hotel is close to highway windows are out sound proof and lot of highway noise is lpud like truck horns, etc. The hot water was not available at instant. The tank would run and they would start water. Staff was good, but they cant help wot h location of hotel. One more thing this is a private residenxe apartmenr. Where it appears that the top flppr owner concerted the entire top floor into hotel. Good idea, bur lift not working is show stopper. Only okay for bachelors and college students if price is low. Not for professionals on business trip, couples or family persons. And certainly not for elders

The blanket is very small, bed sheets are not clean, rooms are not as good as we shown in photos, bad experience, i don't recommend to any one to stay in this hotel.

The hotel staff were quick enough to change the room when we realised there was no hot water in ours, also giving us a decent discount for upgrade 24 hours they're just a call away for any service they can provide the only concern is there's no breakfast available early before 10 and the food service starts a little late

Not worth it and no value for money you pay. I booked in advance for 4 days but the room showed to me and my family was pathetic bathroom leakage, noisy leak. And the crooked lady gave option of suite in name of upgradation. Many rooms were empty but she said all are booked. We did not have choice to go anywhere and have to take it. Then this lady charged rs 200 for a blanket per night, the one provided was thin and small. The hotel is on 3rd floor with no lift. Lift is broken. The lady is full of bad excuses. For every complain they use bumch of lies. You have to climb 3 floors every-time you go out. Avoid at any cost. Save yourself horrible experience. Coffee is horrible

The hotel was good though it has to improve in many ways. Firstly, the hotel did not have any parking and our cars were parked in front of an ATM at our own risk. Secondly, my room was on the fourth floor but they did not have an elevator and no proper staff to carry the luggage to the top which was very hardworking. Thirdly, the hotel is quite congested and it became suffocating. We had a family apartment on top which was really beautiful and luxurious to stay in. They should look into these matters to deliver a better service.
