Yeah the stay was nice and comfortable. Staffs were helpful. The room was clean and filtered water was provided during the stay.

One of the most value for money and strategic location one can get in Pune. The variety of food is great and if you like Gujarati food this is the place to get it in Pune. Clean hygienic and responsive staff. Not a very big hotel so personal care assured.

Location is fine. It has a vintage feel to it. Cleanliness was good. The only con is that they gave me a room right next to the restaurant which was inconvenient as I was prepping for an interview next day.

There are not many things in the hotel room, such as no electric kettle for making tea or coffee, no toilet spray in the bathroom, bad location, good hotel, the owner never seems to check the room

i had a very short but very pleasant stay at hotel ritz. it has a quaint old world charm. the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. the staff were helpful. the lighting could have been brighter for my room but that's just a suggestion. overall, 👍 from me.

Hotel ritz is very near to pune railway station. All staff is well trained and very soft spoken very good veheaver. Room is specious cleanliness is excellent. Food is very good. Restaurants is specious and food is excellent. I recommend to all of you.

I had booked executive room. Room and cleaning was ok. Most of 3 star hotels provides water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. Though ritz charges more than 3000 per day no water bottel, tea coffee catel, tea, cofer, sugar, milk powder pouch etc. They gives option to ode r tea from their restaurant and charges rs. 110 for pot tea. It comes with tea about 4 person. If only one member requires tea, remaining is waste of money. When i asked for warm water to drink as we had cold, room attendant brought totally normal water in jar telling that it is warm. For hot water in bathroom you have to keep tap open about 5-10 minutes during that time 4-5 buckets water get wasted. Said water accumulate in bathroom as drainage was blocking by said water. In morning adjacent room guest 308 kept door open, tv was on with high volume. Food was good but too expensive in comparison to taste. Except location near railway station nothing special to visit again. If you have other option don't think to stay there.

Costwise room(room number 103)is good but there is a problem of water logging in the western comode. After putting water in the toilet it doesn't flow out and thus the chocked toilet is of no use, thus problematic. Room may be useless in case if emergency pressure.

Room was good but bathroom was problematic i. E. There is a constant water logging inside the bathroom and thus it was horrible to use toilet/bathroom. Canteen was good and service mans were very polite. In fact it is a old british rule time building converted to a hotel.

Mine was a very short trip, excellent location. Value for money- perfect location, its nearby pune railway station.
