Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, first impression of the hotel was lovely and luxurious. Everything about the hotel was extraordinary. Where we spent 6days very happy. Staff-excellent service. The food was good and value for money and the service was attentive and efficient.

groupWe stayed at Prem Sarovar for 3 days and It was a pleasant stay. We stayed in a deluxe room for 3. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff is friendly. helping and polite. Wifi was working well there were no network issue. The stay is close to Bara bazaar and the mall road is within walking distance.

Un tidy rooms

As i entered the room, it was full of mosquitos ls o tje washroom was not clean and smelling. Mattress and cusions were not clean as well
