Hotel O Wardha Road Near Airport

The electricity was gone at night around 1am and no generator was functioning. And they shifted us to another room where there was no lock, then shifted to another room where bathroom roof was leaky. These all happened at midnight. And half of amneties shown in the site was not available or working. All over service was very poor

I urgently booked a hotel room last night, but when I arrived for check-in, I was shocked to find there was no electricity at the property. The receptionist didn’t offer any support and simply told me to book another hotel. Due to the urgency and the “non-refundable” policy, I had to immediately book a different hotel at my own cost. This was highly inconvenient, and I request a refund or compensation for the trouble caused. This experience was very disappointing.

Unclean, unlit rooms with faulty plumbing in the bathroom. The bed wasnt clean, and it was impossible to use the washroom without some pipe leaking on you.

Bathroom was not clean, they didn't provide towel, no soap, too much mosquito in room.

No internet connection 😭 Poor Hygiene Towel and Soaps were given after multiple requests Late and unresponsive behaviour of staff

Terrible, unhygienic, dirty linens and bathrooms, pathetic service.

Don’t go to this hotel ever. Pathetic service and staff, unhygienic room and bathroom, damp walls, untidy linens, mosquitoes all around. It is not even worth 200 rs per day. Moreover looting customers citing their policies. I could not stay and informed , Despite complaining they didn’t refund my full amount.

Rooms, bathroom are too small and overpriced. Unclean bed-sheets. They charge for water bottle also. No complimentary water bottle.

Pathetic, room was small, bed mattress was too bed- not able to seat or sleep. Bed linen was not clean. Water leaking in bathroom. Bathroom, tub, mug nothing was cleaned.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel for a night on 18th dec. All the amenities mentioned and pictures are farce. To give some examples. 1. Well groomed staff - only one staff available. He manages reception as well as room calls. 2. No telephone available, i had to go down to the reception to ask for towels, soap which were not in the room. 3. No hot water available, on request they provide you with immersion heater. 4. All the sheets and blanket covers were dirty when i got there, but then it was changed when i complained. 5. Could’nt sleep the entire night because of mosquitoes. 6. Lift is available but its manual and most of the times get stuck. 7.while checking out at 6 am, i had to wake up the attendant to give the keys. 8. No food is available, one has to go out or has to depend on food delivery app. 9. Wifi password provided didn’t work the only plus point is the location, only 2 kms away from airport. I stayed in room 202 for a night on 18th dc on a business trip. Didn’t feel the energy to click any photos, the experience was so bad.

Too much high rate charged for a terrible room, after reaching room i had immediately informed about the room condition but they were not at all supportive

The room was clean and felt relaxing. Bedding was soft, and staff ensured all was well-arranged.

The room was tidy and spacious, with every amenity thoughtfully arranged. It was a delightful place to stay.

The peaceful surroundings combined with clean rooms ensured a relaxing experience throughout our visit.

Enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was clean and simple, and the team ensured all services were on time.
