Very dirty and disorganized hotel

Very bad housekeeping in hotel room, bedsheet was derty and staff didn't change the bedsheet. We have to stay in dirty room and dirty bed. *literally very bad*

First of all I would like to say that we were not allowed checkin in this hotel even after pre-booking it and making an advance payment. The hotel staff and makemytrip officials stated that because of my Nationality that is Bangladeshi i will not be allowed to check. During the time of booking, in the rules and regulations section there was not metioned of any such rule denying access to International Guests. The least they could have done is proving me a full refund since i was not allowed checkin. Inspite of possessing a valid visa and passport I faced this. Highly dissapointed with makemytrip.

Very small room with almost zero facility. Ac was stinking. It's away from the main road. The staff was not bothered with anything. Not even provided lock at the door.

The room was good, neat and clean, hygiene was maintained, staff was polite and well behaved overall a good experience, the security and privacy was also in touch with the service and balanced, moreover check in and check out was also done in a smooth manner, overall quite a good experience for me and my guest.
