Hotel O Platinum Inn And Suites

Me and my wife were returning from our manali trip and decided to stay for a day in amritsar to visit golden temple and jaliyanwala bagh. Booked this hotel, very bad experience used and dirty bedding, smelly quilt, dirty bathroom with lots of cockroach. No window, no glasses, cups and kettle there. No luggage assistance. Rude behaviour by hotel staff. Only receptionist was good while checkin wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Location: the location was very hard to find and most of the cabs or autos won’t drop you there or wouldn’t know the location. Hygiene: the hygiene of the hotel was in rags. Sheets/ blankets weren’t washed. There were stains all over them, the towels provided were wet and when complained they blamed it on weather. Room: the room condition was also pretty bad. Fan regulator was missing the knob. Half of the switches in the room were broken or missing. Water stopped when i was in the bathroom at night. Overall i wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re in a desperate need of place to stay.

We booked deluxe room and they gave us staff’s room very unhygienic. Wastage of your time

But the food is expensive room service is very good very clean

No hot water even when we booked seeing that geyser was available. Jet spray was on and spoiled no one came to repair. We had a newborn and faced so much problem to clean her as there was no hot water and when we asked to put the geyser on we were refused saying that before november no geyser is put on. We asked them to help us wash the baby's bottles and the staff replied we do not have time for this. Very poor and pathetic service

So terrible stay it was i can't even check in. I was waiting for 20 min it was so bad service by ypur team. It was so terrible experience i had yesterday. Never gonna book any room from your app or i won't recommend to my knowns to such a bad experience i had in my entire life. Worst experience in my entire life
