Hotel O Park Town Near Nehru Stadium

No Blankets, Even though breakfast was included denying it , bottles loitering in the alleway. No closet, no housekeeping, dirty washroom and bucket. It was a not recommended for decent people maybe bachelors will like this place

It was a dirty hotel, one was not operational and the people there quarreled with us

The hotel & rooms are in a very bad condition. There was no water bottle, towels, soap and hot water kettle as mentioned in amenities. There was only 1 charging point in the room. TV was not working. I spent only 2 hrs in the hotel still I do not suggest anyone to book this hotel. The taps in washroom were completely corroded. This was a business booking for me but the manager did not provide me with GST invoice.

Attendant was not familiar!--To eat you have go out that is not preferable! Reception was not so good!But if you go for any work,you may ......but if you for travelling then choose better!

The rooms and whole hotel had a stinking smell, and looked completely opposite to the images shown, it was very dirty, and water was not coming. Fan was not working.It was the worst hotel I ever saw .

My worst Experience in this hotel. Not working AC and Fan also . Not responding to our Questions. All works are very arrogant and replied spoke to OYO . Rooms are very Dirty and bad smell. Bathroom not clean properly. And also Water Tap not working. very bad Experience to me and my Family

Absolutely horrible hotel. Disgusting and disappointing. i am writing this review because i dont want any one else to book or stay at this hotel and suffer like my family did. they asked for more money even when we paid in full in advance via makemytrip app. i dont have any more words.. just skip this hotel.

They did not allowed out Check in as we were 3 adults, 2 female and 1 male and told us to talk to Customer care and ask for refund, we did and after 1 hour when we booked some other Hotel they mailed that the we will provide you with 2 rooms and did not initiate the refund

While booking room photos were excellent But even the name of hotel is different Rooms are very bad Ac not good ver old window model No room boy service No calling bell Dirty rooms & bedsheets All together very pathetic

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had expected a comfortable and well-managed experience, but unfortunately, my visit was plagued by multiple issues that were entirely unacceptable. 1. Unhygienic Conditions – The room was far from clean, with dust on surfaces, stained linens, and a foul smell. The bathroom was in an appalling state, with mold in the corners and an unclean toilet. This level of negligence is inexcusable for a hotel claiming to offer quality accommodation. 2. Unprofessional Staff – The service was highly unprofessional, with staff showing little regard for guests’ concerns. Requests for basic amenities were either ignored or met with unnecessary delays. The lack of courtesy and responsiveness was shocking. 3. Poor Maintenance – Several facilities were either broken or in disrepair. The air conditioning barely functioned, and the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent. Such fundamental issues should be addressed proactively rather than ignored. 4. Overpriced for the Quality Provided – The price charged does not justify the substandard service and conditions. Guests expect value for money, not an experience that feels like a complete waste of time and resources. This experience has left me deeply frustrated, and I will certainly not be recommending your hotel to anyone. Immediate action is required to address these glaring deficiencies if you wish to maintain any credibility in the hospitality industry.

Rooms not clean and bedsheets not properly washed. The tv had no signal throughout my stay. The only good thing the stay had was because it was located near chennai central railway station
