Hotel O Orchid Inn

The hotel denied for pure booked room which was booked before 2 days they asked for extra money to stay there

This hotel is closed. Its listed in makemytrip. I was cheated by this hotel. So don't book thinking you get room.

Bas adjust karna pada that's all.. and Early entry ka 30% charge alag se dena pada it's not fair. Pahle se bolna chahiye.

It was difficult to find the location. The hotel i booked was named rd hotel and the place i find was named as hotel orchid. Washroom was horrible. Hotel service was zero. No towel no soap was provided no phone was working there

Such a waste hotel not even having lift and a proper bed to sleep and no ac the hotel rooms looks like an old damaged building i have ever seen this type of hotel till now

There was a bad smell in the room. The bathroom was not cleaned. The bed and bed seat were dirty. Not suitable for family living.

Wrong location in map link no lift room was dirty bathroom was do much dirty toilet seat was dirtiest i have ever seen taps were broken no landline working so much dust in the room no tv working only mattresses were okay-okay ac worked well wifi worked well behaviour of staff was very good. After requesting staff person changed my room but all rooms quality was same. (dirty) not recommend at all for couples.

Very shady, dirty and stinky place. Decent people please stay away. You will find only a bed in the room with mattress and pillows full of stains. Stinky room and bathroom with broken taps. No network in the hotel.

The hotel charged 300 extra other than the amount i paid on mmt. And didn't provide the amenities showed. Ac was included in the room but they refused. It was a terrible experience. How they can ask for extra money when i had booked on app.
