As per photo and actual very very different ni fan working and even they are doing wrong practices. After making the payment in advance hotel guys denied the shame and charge me the same amount again I have proof of making payment again

Hotel is not too good receptionist and hotel boy behaviour is horrible my water bottle was used by hotel worker they have touched my luggage and clothes there is no water in bathroom and washweshine. Please remove this hotel from your list

It was very terrible, i booked hotel, they sent me to another hotel because they did not have a room available. And talking about another hotel which was so dirty, unhygienic, small and had to wait 1 hour to get a room. This is not acceptable. i had no choice because the amount was non refundable.
