They are not given room demand extra charge

First i show my booking confirmation. They ask me you make payment. I told yes. After some time they told me we are not provide you any room in this fare. I told my booking is confirmed by make my trip so i came. But they not given any room. Make my trip unnecessarily waste my time. I raised a rti against make my trip.

it's not even an hotel they give u just 10×10 room to live and no other facilities provided. They charge extra for hot water. If u book they ask you for more money or not allow to stay.
