Absolutely horrible stay. Rats running around the hallways, filthy rooms with no proper cleaning, and a non-functional TV due to no recharge. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The air conditioner leaked, Wi-Fi barely worked, and the place felt unsafe. Avoid this hotel at all costs—total nightmare.

Rat was moving in the night. not as per tarif. Will not book with Make my trip again in future and will not tell anyone to book with Make my trip.

No cleaning in hotel, lots of mosquito and worst part is that we have rats roaming around in room whole night and hotel staff first tells us we can't do anything, you have sleep like that,I suggest not to choose this hotel by mistake also and MMT should not show this hotel on thier portal.

Review: We stayed at a hotel in Haridwar booked through MakeMyTrip. There were two rats in the room at night. They damaged our belongings and we couldn't sleep. Very poor hygiene and no help from hotel staff. Please take action against such hotels. Review:

I don't recommend this hotel, no ceeling is available in any room, you need to totally dependent on ac. No towl,no soap provided. They just don't care about you.Multiple power cuts, noise at reception area. 3rd floor is full of rats and I did not slept full night at the travel day with full of tiredness. Room extension device was also dead. Finally I went to reception at 3 am and change the room. Multiple ac switch off at night will irritate you. Don't book this hotel.Otherwise go and tolerate.Pic is attached.

Everything was good. Location is very good. Perking facility also there. I did not face any issue here. I would like to stay here further.

Location was good.. In the center of the city I didn't try their food. No cable only could watch news channel.no one came for cleaning in two days stays. No water and kettle inside the room. I read the reviews before booking but not up to the mark .

location was quite good , but the hotel is terrible . Not hygienic at all . Ive booked this hotel 3 days earlier , after the arrival the beds were still in tidy . bathrooms were not cleaned . During night there was a power cut , i tried to call the attendent many times from our room but no one attended our call . After that i personaly went down to see where the staffs are . when i got down i saw them sleeping . I asked them why u didnt put on the generator after the power cut they told us that we dont have a generator very rudely . still we somehow managed to stay there around 4:30 am . Now all our temper lost and we couldnt withstand . Me and my Friend along with his family went down and again asked why the AC is not working . They again said that its not working . We called the manager personaly and enquired about the same . even he was not having answers. We then asked for a refund and the owner said he cannot refund . All together , Such a pathetic experience in this worst hotel . I strongly donot recommend this hotel to any one .

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Property I strongly advise against booking this property. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had during any trip. The rooms were extremely dirty, with a terrible smell and a serious mosquito problem. There was no remote control provided for either the AC or the TV. Basic amenities like hot water were unavailable, and the bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets, and towels were all visibly unclean. The front office itself was in a filthy condition, with used towels lying around near the lift – a very unhygienic sight. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional throughout our stay. This property is in no condition to host guests and is an absolute waste of money. I am especially disappointed with MakeMyTrip for listing such a property and sharing misleading information. We struggled a lot, especially since I was traveling with family. This place should be thoroughly reviewed and removed from your listings immediately. Let me know if you want to tone it down or add any more specific details.

Maximum Hotel in Haridwar are earning money by just providing little facility to customers. They have nothing to take from comfort of people staying there. Stay was ok type,with small room space, wardrobe are very bad, ac was working, Toilet have jali ventilator or open ventator, No hot water, I have to take by myself the towel whcil is looks very dirty or oldish type. rest ok type as there is same situation everywhwre in haridwar.

it was not worth with the price I paid. it was unhygienic, no ac remote, no night bulb dirty and unhygienic door mat. but above all the nature of staff was helpful. but overall stay was pathetic. pls avoid

picture shown against property and actual picture was very different pathetic state of room, even worse bathroom finally I was shifted to another property after a lot of push from my side which too was in bad shape
