Hotel Meridian | Katra Near Railway Station

Room and bathroom is very dirty. Not maintained. Taps and tiles are broken. I am not refer to any one for this hotel.

In the name of luxurious room they provide us normal room

Room service was terrible. No drinking water supplied, broken switches hanging on wire, dirty toilets, no intercom in the rooms. Only location and room size is satisfactory and rest is like any other average hotel will feel like luxury.

The room facility and standard of the room was not good. While we booked delux 3 bedroom, the room they provided was not like delux room and also was not that what shown. The behaviour of the manager was not good and was not cooperative enough.

We had pleasant stay at katra. The room was good and moreover the location of hotel is excellent.

Hotel rooms were pathetic and not even proper service. Pictures and name of the hotel do not match the standard by even one percent

Room was pretty decent with all the basic facilities available for a comfortable stay, staff was also very supportive where they used to go to restaurant nearby to bring food for me. The connectivity of hotel is really good overall a good experience

Only good thing they allow eerily check-in and coordinate local transport too. Room was not good it was perthitic stay for 2 hrs

Had a very comfortable stay with my family best location, all other thing are near by easy to find and good experienced staff as well

Don't recommended to book this hotel, very dirty rooms, spider web every where, cockroaches every where, no hotel staff is there, only two to three under age boys are there who knows nothing. Very pathetic make my trip how you recommend this hotel on your portal
