They have taken extra 800 rs from our negotiating money with make my trip

It's very bad and they collect more money from us

I have the worst stay in my life. I have to face many problems that i even can't explain. I have to pay twice for the property and still faced problems in both during check in and check out. This would be the last time, i will be booking anything from makemytrip. Worst experience ever.

They did not allow the guest to check in as their system had some issue. Guest was waiting till evening. Later they told you cancel booking. We will give room at higher cost

Do not booked with make my trip because of the booking is not allowed to there so i am troubling in checking

very bad experience about the payment. they ask me 600 INR extra while checking in . i couldn't connect as I was carrying only Nepal SIM card and roaming was not activated. so I don't have a choice so I paid the extra money which they showed ( although I had made booking and I showed them my full payment invoice but they said they received booking and still remaining balance is showing). very bad experiences with this hotel. I would not have booked this hotel with extra payment as this hotel is in narrow street and approx 1 km far from the main road. difficult to find public transportation and market place. I can choose a better hotel at this price with my extra money.

The staying in the hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. Very friendly staff at the hotel, good service at the booking and all over in the hotel. Breakfast available at there was really amazing and food provided also was nice. Would definitely recommend your hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay in mahipalpur city. No

I have stayed alot of places but the vibe on that hotel quit different, and staff was too good and friendly. If i will visit delhi again i will definitely re-book that hotel.

Receptionist lady unstable mind in this hotel and make my trip staff is very helpfull and very thnxx mr. Amitabh work in make my trip amitabh very helpfull person

I find this property on interent this property is not bad but they guys charge exter when i go to check in

It was nice stay all are clean but was difficult to find althoug as per price point its okay stay you can stay for 1-2 days

I asked them to change my room. They didn't change my room.

There was used plates which was having food particles down the bed which was not cleaned

There were used plates, spoons under my bed bathroom leakage hot water not working

Had to pay extra money from booking amount!
Not a single safety mesure were taken from temperature checking to sanatise

I like hotel lvy.

The location was close by the airport. Room was very small but neat, washroom was clean. Service needs to be improved as towels and drinking water were not provided.

The room was a little nice I had a very small room

Terrible, worst stay in all aspects. No towels, No breakfast provided in spite of breakfast plan included in our package of 6 nights. Took 2 rooms through MMT as we have faith in MMT and not direct through OYO. Initially, the hotel didn't allow us to enter at 12 midnight due to internal conflicts of MMT/Oyo tie up and hotel. Somehow MMT resolved the issue at 2 am midnight and we could sleep after check-in.
