Hotel Hidden Chalet

I’m a solo traveller and i had an amazing experience here at Hidden Chalet , the staff here is polite and helps you with everything to make your stay cozy and comfortable. They helped me throughout with how to approach the hotel. The hotel is genuinely “hidden” as the name says itself , moreover it has a very pretty cafeteria and they provide amazing coffee there which is a must try. The best part about the property was they provide with minimalistic rooms, had new bath fittings and 24/7 hot/cold water which we don’t find in nainital generally.

Hotel hospitality is awesome which is normally not seen these days the take cares will do anything to make your stay a comfortable one

Hotel Rating ZERO, Star Rating ZERO, definitely not even a Single Star Hotel 👎 - Matchbox size claustrophobic dingy rooms, which can accommodate only a double bed, nonspace for you to move.👎 - Delapidated creaking furniture.🛏️  - No power backup. -They took four hours to arrange toilet tissue paper roll & 6 hours to provide filthy stained towels -  Towels are worse than floor mops, we bought fresh towels from local market. - Dirty filthy stinking linen, bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets with semen and period/blood stains 👎 - Pillows are torn 👎 - washroom stinks with sewage smell.👎actually it's everywhere. - bucket and mug are pathetically dirty and stained too- cannot be used.👎 - No Kettle, tea coffee in the room👎 - Non Ventilated Rooms smell with paint polish varnish smell, and have dangerous creepy crawlies to bite you crawling near your sleeping area and beds 👎 - Hotel is hidden because it is in shabby delapidated condition.👎 - - Maybe people giving higher reviews are paid, have been staying on the road or dharamshalas and actually never stayed in 2/3 star hotels.👎 Food - No buffet, anything you ask/request they refused - sandwich, Upma, etc - nothing is available, it's there only in the Printed Menu. Poha was fried in stinking oil 🤮 Eggs took 45 minutes to boil Paranthas were ok Masala Chai was ok Will I stay again in this Hotel - NEVER and request others also not to 🚫  It's a definitely avoid  Hotel 🏨

Stay is close to mall road. Services and staff are good. Food is also proper

Hotel hidden chalet is located very close to the nainital mall road, so you can access the mall road on foot any time of day/ night. All the good restaurants, bakeries are nearby. The hotel staff is very polite, friendly and professional. They did help us with everything we asked for. We had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was well maintained with polite staffs. The cafe had really pretty aesthetics.

My recent stay at hotel hidden chalet in nainital was truly exceptional. From the moment i arrived, i was met with warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made my experience incredibly pleasant. The culinary experience at the hotel was also a highlight. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a variety of flavorful dishes that catered to different tastes. I was particularly impressed with the quality and presentation of the meals. Furthermore, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. My room was spotless, and the common areas were consistently well-maintained. Good service, great food, nice location

Poor cleanliness, towels, dohar, bedsheet were dirty. No heater in room. Gyeser works some time only. They keep few circuits of geser heater off and excuses there is single phase power fail. Both two day we didn't got gyeser working. Heater at extra cost bit after midnight total power got off till morning.

Behavior of all the staff is very beautiful. Rooms are excellent. Every one isvery polite in nature

Location: it’s just 3 minutes walk to naina lake and naina devi temple. Staff: polite and supportive. Room: ok there is no windows. Food: ok. Overall: good.

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Hotel is beautifully built and food served was also very good. Received great service from the staff as all of them were very helpful. Hotel is a bit far from mall road and lake and you have to be prepared to climb stairs but overall a good experience and will definitely recommend to others.
