PROS: Location on hotel is perfect. It is in market only. Staff as very nice. Wi-Fi was good. Room was clean and bed sheet were also very clean. Gallery and wait in area was also very clean. CONS: Hotel doesn’t have lift and rooms are at 3rd floor. Hotel is handled by women so asking women for carrying luggage to 3rd floor feels bad therefore I carry my 6 bags by myself to 3rd floor. My room doesn’t have full window vantellation (only half window).

Terrible experience. No lift. Our room was at 3rd floor. Without lift we carried our luggages and difficult to old people. Bath towels, bedsheets were not provided. Room was clean but filled with bad odour. Mosquitoes were there. No proper room service. Location wise not good. Very remote

The room is spacious and clean. Good room service. But had some mosquitoes or bed bugs during the night. Water clogged in the bathroom in the morning. Property doesn’t have lift and is really difficult to climb up the stairs for elders without much support !

I booked Deluxe Triple bed - AC room. we were family of 4 we had a complimentary bed arranged for us. Premises were neat. Staffs were friendly and had good service. AC was working fine, Room was spacious. Only dislike was the doors did not have proper handles. Close to the hotel we have restaurants and temples.
