Here's your feedback in a professional yet straightforward tone: FabHotels Feedback – Room 207 | Check-in Date: 15-04-2025 | Time: 10:00 AM I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabHotels. I checked into Room 207, where the AC was not cooling, the fan wasn’t working, and the TV was also non-functional. The bathroom had no light, the room was not clean, and the bedsheet was not changed. I informed Suraj Singh and requested a room change, but he asked for extra money. He said, “Aaj ka time de do sir, main thik karwa deta hoon,” but nothing was done. I returned to the hotel at night and found no improvement. Suraj was not present, and the other staff refused to help and spoke rudely. I had no choice but to stay the night due to personal reasons. On 16-04-2025, I again told Suraj in the morning to fix everything, and he assured me it would be done. But when I returned at night, again, nothing had been fixed. After that, I kept following up by calls and emails, and every time I was told, "Issue will be solved in 24 hours." Then on 21-04-2025, I received a mail with a video showing everything working in Room 207, but that was after I had checked out. No refund was given. This was my FabHotels experience — poor service, false promises, and no accountability.

Very bad experience, room very different to pictures, bad washroom no handwash, jet not working, lighting of rooms very bad, switch boards not working, unclean bedsheets, unclean blankets and pillows, damaged AC water pouring out such that I have to keep a bucket, cupboard had a fowl smell, overall terrible experience

My concern already listed please dont refer that tyoes of hotel i am very disappointed and solve my concern as soon as possible

Good cleaning not have hot water in shower a. C. & fan not working well house keeping service not good

The hotel has very few amenities, rooms are very low as shown in pictures, washrooms are very unhygienic. The hotel does not have mineral water bottle facilities. Complimentary breakfast not provided although it is already added in booking.

The hotel is not okay and not new as shown in pictures. This is very old hotel. No proper amenities. Wifi, intercom and ac were not working. Kitchen is also closed at hotel, currently-not working. Very unusual stay this time and i am doubt how fab hotel has choosen this type of hotel! it is very unexpected service by the hotel. Hotel managers should know the importance of the stay after informing about all the problems no solution until check out.
