Poor Room Hygiene and Maintenance Issues

The condition of the hotel room was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets were torn in multiple places, and the washroom was in very poor condition. When I turned on the shower, the shower tap came off, and the toilet seat was broken. Additionally, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of alcohol and cigarettes in the gallery area. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance standards were far below expectations. This hotel is definitely not for family.

Poor Stay

There was lot of disturbance in room due to neighbour room, i think room's wall was so thin and service was not good, if i asked water then they take 30-40 min to give water.

Terrible Stay

1. Firstly the receptionist was not in his senses & we had to wait for 45 minutes outside on the road m, till he could confirm if he had two vacant rooms or not. 2. Rooms allotted were in pathetic state. -broken water taps -exhaust fans stuffed with shampoo packets & gutka spitted. -scrapped walls -dirty toilet -no latch inside bathroom -ac not working properly in one of the rooms -lots of dust everywhere in the room. - cold poha & tea served in the name of breakfast, unhygienic serving, no tray being used, plastic spoons for eating poha. - doorbell not working 3. Overall, most horrendous stay till date with mmt. Unexpected but true.

worst hotel stay in my life

familyThe worst hotel stay experience. First day while checking in we reached hotel at 11:15 pm, the guy in reception told we need to manage luggages as all employees are off duty. Not sure why fab hotel advertises 24/7 check-in then. later whatever we asked the answer we got is no, no tea coffee, no hot water, no water glass no tissue paper. Next morning we found no hot water in the bathroom, complained, and got to know the hot water timing is 8-10 am. I complained to the fab hotel. Then our room got changed to another floor, where rooms were smelly, bathroom was wet and water was leaking, walls were dumped and everything was worst. They told they dont have restaurant so we need to order. We ordered from outside but they could not arrange plates for us. The stuffs had attitude as if they are doing some favour to is to let us stay.
