Hotel City Comforts

Staff behaviour is very nice. Need to maintain cleaning, i'm satisfied with staff, not good but need maintain cleaning.

It was overprized, no room service, room was big, decent for a family of 4 but we had to bring drinking water from reception. Location wise good

Property has a great location near bus stand, owner was very helpful and breakfast has options as well as they get it from outside.

Great customer service, loved the stay. Calm and quiet place. Service from the manager was excellent and highly professional.

Location was perfect very near to bus stop. Service was not as expected. Also rooms are very old and not comfort. Breakfast was worst they brought street food parcel in plastic bag and served.

Hotel away from main road, peaceful, very spacious. Worth the price for 1 night stay. Room is very big can accommodate 6+ people with extra beds.

Stay was good. Good things: 1. Spacious room 2. Clean toilet things to change: 1. Ensure tv and dth subscription working before guest checks in 2. Telephone for room service was not working. 3. Drinking water should be available free of cost and not say only 2 bottles complimentary

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and the services are very bad. No room service. No power backup in case of power cut service manager response is lazy

The overall stay was good but they have not mentioned any where that visitors need to pay extra cost for early check-in

The stay is very close to raja seat and the bus stand. But the place needs to be maintained well. Especially the bathrooms

The name says hotel, but it's not in real sense. It has 16 rooms(deluxe, family, just one staff to manage and the manager. Here are few points. Pros location and cleanliness are only 2 good points i can say cons 1. No ac room(summer will be crazy specially if you get a room on 2nd floor) 2. No lift 3. Family room i stayed on 2nd floor had just one fan between two beds, and only one plug point for charging ( #209) 4. No kitchen. You get breakfast option which they get from outside and served in the dining room between 8 to 9 am. Only 3 items to chose from there are many other small issues which i am not writing. My experience was worst and scary. When i landed here around 1pm, there was just one cleaning lady. The staff who is also the receptionist had gone to college to attend class, the manager had gone to bangalore due to some emergency. I was requested to go straight to site seen and check in by 5pm when the staff would be back from college. Finally almost after 2 hour, multiple calls to the manager, i was given the room. We were the only guest to check in than in the entire hotel, it was total empty. Bottom line is this is not a hotel, but you can say some sort of room stay. And for room stay you don't pay that much what you pay here, so definitely not worth the value for money.

Hotel was not upto the mark of hotel. It was just lyk stay at a room with no amenities. No kettle no room service no restaurant no staff

Cost was very much high compared to service they have provided. 1) room service was very poor. 2) no options in daily breakfast (fix breakfast) 3) light quality in room was very very low compare to room size 4) evening snack and tea was not available. 5) cost wise facilities are not available in hotel.

Nice hospitality best location

Hotel service, cleanliness were good, incharge riaz was friendly, he arranged food, travel cab. Good service.

I had to pay some extra amount at the time of leaving. Was not really happy about it. They are charging the same amount whether it's a single person accomodation or 2people accomodation.

Not comfortable ...not worthy for the tariff.
