checking time and checkout time is completely different

They do not provide early check in if you book as it is mentioned 2 pm checkin for other offline customers they provide it on time. Reception male person behaviour is also worst they dont know how to treat with a customers.

Hotel location was good, but room was not clean no toiletries was given, no wifi, rooms are not soundproof. Overall bad experience
