First of all this is not a hotel but single stand alone home on remote hill without any security or service. One person just dropped us at this location and left. There was no body on the property to assist us. There is no other residance, shop or anybody till next 1 km down the scarry hill. And worst thing is that this property is 23 km from the location it's mentioned on mmt. Person who own this property making guest & mm t fool. I don't know how mm t have approved it. Denied stay at the property

We had booked our stay at heavenly stay at 10:41pm on jun e 3. We traveled for 30km from ooty to the kotagiri where our stay was booked. After reaching the property, we were denied stay at the property by the property owner saying we didn't confirm your booking rather we canceled it. We were stranded in kotagiri with no rooms till 12:30 am post which we searched for an hour more and finally 4 of us had to stay in a small room. I didn't expect this kind of service from make by trip.

A good budget accommodation right in the middle of kotagiri, with restaurants and market at walkable distance. There is enough space to park 2-3 cars and a few bikes on the road. Host is friendly and will help you with town related info. Only drawback, bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

If you are looking for a single night stay in kottagiri, with low budget. Heavenly stay is the best. I usually stay there every time i visit kotagiri for my official purpose. This is not a resort or star hotel, but its well cleaned and maintained.

In this location getting cheaper rooms are very difficult. And this stay is very good for just stay to night. I was very happy with the rooms and the service of host. Defnitely there are many hotels with high facilities and service. But it wont be affordable for someone looking for a single night stay. If your looking for cheapest and best rooms, go for it.
