One of the best hotel which I have stayed as of now... Very neat and clean rooms....that too for the affordable price.... Recommended.....

Room is congested without windows. Felt smelly and there is no space for car parking, need to park the vehicle in street. Rooms are not built on cement, they are partitioned using wooden sheets. Water heater is there but need to wait for 45 minutes once after a person use it(Very slow heating)

Not as expected. Different than what I saw in the app. Very average stay with family. Feels uncomfortable due to no windows. No dedicated parking. Will have to wait for a slot someone release or park at road side which is not secure. If want to sleep only can choose this.

It was an Ok/ good stay. It was a new facility, very clean washrooms, really appreciable. The caretakers were very helpful handling the luggage. There were however some things you may want to consider prior to booking here : food is not provided here as of now so you need to go out and search a suitable restaurant to eat. you can find decent restaurants in walking distance. You may want to call the caretaker to replace the duvet cover/ bed if you find many stains or patch of mould (we had to). Electricity will be shut off by 9am so make sure you charge all your devices beforehand. If you are using any hair curlers/ hair straighteners make sure you manage time efficiently. There is a very good cafe in walking distance (‘Silvertip Cafe’) they serve hot and fresh food and have some board games too, it’s a really cozy nook. There are no drivers’ quarters in the stay as of now, you may want to take into account the accommodation for them while booking rooms. Since the weather is very cool and pleasant most of the time in Kotagiri, you wouldn’t need a fan or an AC (so it’s not available in the room). Make sure you don’t leave the windows open as there are monkeys around. It’s a small lodge, there is no elevator and there is a ramp and a long set of staircase to most of the rooms in the first floor. If you’re bringing senior citizens, plan accordingly. The wooden room door may expand due to temperature so the door could be hard to open and close when unlocked. If you want to order food from Swiggy or Zomato, the location is untraceable (atleast it was for us).

The caretakers were kind and responded really well. Perfect place to stay during winter in places like ooty. I would recommend this place for others to stay. Our stay was really comfortable.

It was amazing stay at kottagiri, we haven't got such a nice room earlier. All rooms are newly renovated and maintained in a good way. And the caretaker boy is also a nice polite guy. I strongly suggest!

It was a very wholesome experience. Spent hours talking to and bonding with the host Capt. Swaroop. He guided us with an in- depth itinerary and his recommendations (and stories) are wonderful.

Worth the price. The room was clean, clean bathroom. The stay was comfortable. Need some more basic things. Glass for drinking is not there. The manager was also good in his behaviour. Overall experience was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the All seasons, Luxury villa, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted breathtaking views of the valleys . The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every request was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I cannot recommend the All seasons Luxury villa highly enough and cannot wait to return for another unforgettable experience.
