The stay was well attended by the property staff, they were forthcoming in their services and other facilities available. Downside is- it being off-season the room rates could be lesser. The amenities like hot water, coffee kettle, drinking water, were available. The bed were well made and extra blankets were provided to take of the low temperature at kotagiri. Food was served hot and was discussed well in advance with the property owner to ensure our choice of food was arranged. The communication with the property owner was on a whatsapp group with the cook and the manager included in the group. This made communication smooth and flawless. Any communication from our end was immediately attended to and the staff was courteous and forthcoming in their service. The location and approach to the property was good and easy. Our pet dog was well accepted by the staff and they also played with her when possible. When asked they also shared the places to visit at ooty, kotagiri and coonoor. The staff was eager to share other information when asked like best time to visit ooty and the new attractions and special places which were worth visiting during our stay. Our aged mother also enjoyed the hospitality and facilities at the property. The security at the property was also well taken care. The property had good space management, the kitchen, garden, parking, etc are well placed. They locked the main gate at nights and ensured the monkeys did not create trouble to the visitors at the property. Even with heavy rains there were no leakages and associated problems at the property. The property is located at kotagiri which has the best temperature between ooty, coonoor and kotagiri. The crowding at kotagiri is minimal and so more preferable for stay compared to the other nearby locations. Another added facility related to travel is that the access and exit road into and out of ooty has been broadened and well maintained making it easy and comfortable for driving in and out of ooty. The people as usual were friendly in asking for directions. The petrol bunks and restaurants have increased in ooty making it comfortable while touring the place. The road in the town are excellent and well maintained. The mysore bangalore express way which you do in 1. 5 hours is a good add on to the travel time and driving experience. The bandipur and mudumalai tiger reserve drive through is a welcome and enjoyable experience viewing deers, elephants, peacocks, extra. Ooty, coonoor and kotagiri surely are right y called the queen of the hills with so many view points and rich vegetation, tea estates, spices, honey, good roads, safe stay, etc. The near access from kerala, karnataka and andhra makes this hill station and great spot to visit. Mr john sullivan who built ooty infrastructure and brought carrots, beans, radish and cabbage from europe for the first time is a eye opener. The small roads connecting the various view points are good condition and makes travel a real pleasant experience. Loved the ooty visit. All roads going up the view points have been broadened and well maintained tar roads. There are hospitals too if tourists need any health care and to cater to emergencies.

The property is well maintained. Room was good. Reaching the place was a bit difficult task, maps were not useful, they allotted me a honeymoon suite in the budget which I asked for. Food was costly so did not have there. A suggestible place for honeymoon stays and families.

The location of the property was easily accessible. The surrounding's location of the property was peaceful and safe. The staffs were very co-operative and well behaved. The property is highly recommended for others. Overall it was an excellent stay.
