Excellent villa to stay with family for a relaxed vacation, location is middle of tea estates, mesmerising location with full green and mountains. For sure if i go to ooty again, i will stay same place. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Anyone available for a quick call.

Stay which spoiled my trip

The property is not worth the money spent on it. 1. Property is not on the road side. You need to have good tyres for your four wheelers to reach the homestay destination. 2. The pics attached weren't the once given to us when we reached there on the spot. They wasted our trip. 3. Room given was dirty and hope it was only sweep-ed without taking away all the dirt. 4. At night, the bathrooms where filled with black fly's and my kids were afraid going to bathroom at night. But the food was average which i felt better than the stay. My honest suggestion is to choose a better homestay if you really wanted to enjoy your trip.

Dear Mr.Binoy, thank you for the review but would like explain, first and foremost the mud road is hardly 50 meters from the main road, point 2 I disagree because we update the pictures regularly. Point 3 we will advise and do better. Point 4 property is surrounded by tea estate and forest so one can except small insects around. Do give us one more opportunity to make sure we are unto your expectation

My stay in royal e ridge was good but as they mentioned in the net that the resort is having a swimming pool but it is not there

Comfortable place to stay for family

familyI visited this property april 2023 and i felt it was a nice place to stay in kotagiri with my family. Food served on the property was nice and tasty. Facilities in the property are proper and in working. I shall recommend this property to people especially for families who want to take a break
