Worst place i ever stayed

I rented for 5k per night. First of all it is copying name of mango valley view hotel and it is very near to it but owner doesn’t say that as a landmark. When checked in, no one was there to attain and rooms was so much dirty. Tv, wifi nothing was working. No food served and people are arrogant. For the name seek i got small boy to help but he won’t be around. You have to go down to owner door, bell it and ask for what plates.

Guys this place is a duplex thing where family it's more of a family making it look like a hotel. So this is mist of chawls. It doesn't have a proper entry you have to walk. Through a small. Gali. The parking is common so if u are lucky only u will get it that to you can't see the vehicle. Its 5mins walking distance. The rooms were stinking. Secondly we read the description. This was my first horrible experience we paid 5000 k first through mm t and when we reached the property was not even like a hotel it looked very bad. Not good for family. The owner denied cancellation. Another catch is mm t allows such vendors. To take a call for cancellation. It was worst. Pls don't prefer this without seeing what it is. Awaiting on the refund which i am still fighting for. If u don't believe please see it and then book.

1. Our place is for passengers to enjoy quality homestay and local cusine as passengers are here for tourism purpose, whole day passenger stays out enjoying tourist points and local fast foods so at end of the day they require peaceful stay which be nearby market for late night shopping & enjoyment. 2. There wasn't any such parking issue as passengers car was parked within 100m with all of our security & safety concerns. 3. As of for cancellation the customer checked in @3pm in afternoon which was to late for cancellation time as they also used our rooms for their basic needs & purposes and then raised issue. 4. We welcome all our guest with all our gratitude to enjoy tourism and tasty cusine as it is every passengers basic requirement. 5. I appeal this passenger to kindly visit our property which is situated in a society in main town area #to_stay_in if they do not like our stay then we ours-elf will bare your stay and touring charges at no cost. 6. We do belive in cleanliness as it is pandemic period as we see customer in place of godliness 100!

Nearby Valley View hotel But don't have any hotel sign board so difficult to find We have breakfast which we like but don't like any service provided by the hotel Bathroom are smells awful

Excellent hospitality, Worth every penny, approach to hotel is bad

Hotel rooms are excellent, hospitality is excellent, food taste is yummy. Only drawback is it's very difficult to go till hotel in car, not recommended for elders who have problem to walk on steep roads. Food made by Sangeeta is too yummy, excellent chef and very reasonable cost.

Room is clean. Food is good. They don't have their parking place u need to Park your car on the Road. Staff is helpful. Good place for family.

Sorry for inconvenience caused to you sir, but this is not poor residential area. This is area where native Mahableshwar people stay. These people have shops, are hotel owners, chefs etc. This is not professional hotel. Hotel is in homestay category. Still we address your concern and assured to strive hard to improve. coupleLocation was in the interior. It was not easily reachable, but the property was good. Room, cleanliness, facility all was good. Staff was helpful. I availed the food there and, that was excellent. The only security was not so great.

Our overall stay was good, but the surrounding of that property was not good. It was in a slum area. Room was just ok. Facilities were good. Only one staff was there and, he was supportive. He provided food, and that was ok. I would suggest them to hire some specialist for the betterment of the hospitality. According to me, this is a recommendable property.
