Gongma Residency | Boutique Cottages Near Pangong Lake

We stayed in a Deluxe Room with lake view, featuring one comfortable bedroom, an attached bathroom, and heating facilities. The view from the room was simply stunning, offering a perfect glimpse of Pangong Lake. The location is unbeatable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was tasty, especially for such a remote area. Hot water was available most of the time, and electricity runs from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The staff also provided hot water bags before bedtime, which was a thoughtful touch in the chilly weather. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant experience—highly recommended!

staff was very cooperative and friendly, helping. but property was very far from lake…no wifi.. road to property from main road was very poor.

That place is magic. The hotel is normal like every one there. But people is so beatiful, they really help us with all. My child love her hot chocolate. View from the room was amazing, bath was really clean, food was taste. We enjoy a lot and had a great time

The room was good with wide glass windows, gets you the good view of the pangong lake. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

We got an upgrade in room. They were kind enough to do so. Rooms were clean and we got hot water, best in entire leh which was required for the weather in pangong. The view from the room was so captivating. We could view the lake and star gaze at night just at the vicinity of the room window.

Staff was very very good and helpful they make sure to make us comfortable in every possible manner. Food was outstanding and very hot serving on the table. Worth every penny for the food. Cosy and comfortable stay.

Service by staff was good but over priced. did not even had a proper heater. And the clauset in bathroom was leaking. Imagine managing it in below 0 degrees temperature

The perk of the property is the beautiful view of the Pangong Lake! Yes, amazing, clear view of the 😍 beautiful pangong lake. The food was delicious, I mean, had the best food in 3 days while travelling in Ladakh, so yes, great food quality! The room and washroom clean. The only drawback was no electricity and no internet.

Everything was ok except they didn't mention in there house rules that they won't be providing electricity after 10:30 pm. Other thin that, every thing was good.

The property has specific timings for hot water availability and electricity. This isn't clear from the listing

Inside pictures were of a regular room, the ones on even now, no other, it was the only option. When we reached, we were told you have booked into the prefabricated cabin, which was just a box and totally not worth the we were charged. They said if you want the room in the pictures, you have to pay 12000 rupees.
