The hotel charges a higher amount compared to the services and facilities provided. The rooms are quite small and do not match the price standards, making the stay feel less value for money. Service quality also falls short of expectations.

The location and facilities were good. It is located near the lake only and the amenities are also sufficient. However, the food quality is poor.

The hosts were very welcoming, they provided hot water bottles to keep our blankets warm, food was super tasty. Must stay if you visit Pangong.

In such cold conditions the boys gave us excellent service ... every now and then they would run to inform for dinner , breakfast , refilling hot water etc . View from room was to die for ... just too good 🤩

Comfortable stay, just infront of the lake, peaceful area, less crowded, good buffet in dinner and breakfast, good service from staff.

Clean, cozy cottages with unbeatable proximity to Pangong Lake (5 mins from the main shooting point). Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, hot water available. Food was good; breakfast & dinner plan recommended. Cons: No WiFi, and staff knocks often to remind about meals/checkouts – but understandable given early Ladakh schedules. Tip: Not luxury, but great for where it is – perfect for an authentic Pangong experience.

The property is very nice and within close proximity to the beautiful Pangong lake. The room is compact and has all required amenities. The room attendant Ramen was very humble, always smiling and quick in providing services.

Very nice food and very nice servise

Accepted that the nights are cold ,but one can't (many can't ) sleep with all closed ventilations .There must be some ventilation option inside room .it's at 14000 feet above sea level so ,oxygen is already sparse .so the choice of opening a vent must be given to guests staying there .the bathroom vent can't help the room as one will not sleep with open bathroom .this feedback is for safety of health of small child ,ageing ,senior citizens .other than this the food is tasty ,view from room is magnificent.

Nice place to stay for a short time. Good food and staff is very good too. But cottage are small and limited time for hot water.

Food was good Location was average And facilities were excellent..

There was no wifi or network at the hotel whereas while booking it showed in the amenities that wifi is available and that was the primary reason for me to book the property.. Finally i did not stayed at the property and booked another

Our stay was great at Pangong Heritage Cottage, room is very comfortable, people are very friendly, they are always ready to serve you better.Food is okay . Location is awesome.
