Stay was ok, but not have any room service. Hot water not available. Food is so so.

It was a great property, perhaps the best one in the area that we saw. Food was decent ( simple but tasty) the view was exceptional and the star gazing was great. Rooms and toilets were well equipped. Be prepared for not TV and lights out by 11 pm but that's the nature of the area. One recommendation would be that they have a bonfire at night perhaps.

The hotel is very close to the Pangong Lake which is a plus point. However, there were several basic amenities missing and not informed to guest in advance. The name of the hotel is Snow Pine Luxury Wooden Cottage, but it failed to provide even basic facilities. Power supply is only for 03 hrs in 24 hrs, that is from 0730PM to 1030PM. Also, there is no connectivity at all. No mobile networks are available at the property or is extremely weak. There is no restaurant. Only a fixed buffet menu is served. Only 02 rooms 111 and 114 are lake facing and the rest are not. Hot water is scarce and is available only for a limited time. Tea and Coffee when asked is not made fresh and is served from a thermos which has been prepared hours back. There is no electric kettle in rooms or any provision to make tea/coffee. The hotel absolutely did not meet our expectations. After 1030PM there is no provision of heater even at cold temp as there is no power supply itself. IS POWER SUPPLY NOT A BASIC REQUIREMENT???

The experience was so so. The location is remote actually. So it was a basic room with basics nothing luxury.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The location was perfect with a clear view of pangong lake and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention to the manager of the hotel , who made our experience so beautiful and homely. He even cooked special dinner (which was not even in the menu) for my family just because one of us wasn’t feeling too well. The entire staff was welcoming and warm, making our visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Rooms were in good condition. We had booked two rooms but the bathroom of one of the rooms was very smelly. The location of the property is good while the food was average. Vegetarian food options were limited.

Its a very poor option to stay in pangong. Rat m 11 bje k bd electricity nahi hot i h eha pr and stuff is also not good.

Staff experience could have been better. Bad food, expensive breakfast and dinner buffet, smelly water and no hot water.

Power supply only till 11pm at night and after that as the night becomes more cold n temperature drops there is no heater. Hot water in the room also starts at 8 in the morning. No wifi. Even the telephone network was down most of the time so cut off from the rest of the world. Very limited variety in breakfast. Staff was polite n did their best to make guests comfortable.
