I had a word with the owner when I was looking for this hotel, he was really good and helpful also hotel is also located at very beautiful location. But you will not get network at that place, electricity only comes at 7-11pm and hot water comes at 6-7am. On the other side, there are few more hotels in Nubra where you can get network

The property photos shown in mmt was not matching the cottage and when asked they said it's for publicity and the cottage which was given to us was of the same owner

The white heaven cottage service including food hospitality was too good we saw an added feature of giving hot water bags which was an fascinating idea we feel

I stay one night but experienced is very bad. - me any my brother book together but they gave room very far without answering proper reason. - food average average - almost all rooms are broken from somewhere hence in night it will get too cold not safe - no heater or electric blanket - no room service option everything you need to go and take. Which is far and difficult in this place - bring your own oxygen

Hotel location and food was good. Bedding is normal due to weather conditions and power supply issues bedding is to be improved. Rest all the stay was nice

Good location & decent food

Expect only basic things in the room, electricity availability is only from 7. 30pm to 11pm only. Snow storm happens at night and temperature is unbearable though you cover yourself with 3-5 layers of various clothing including thermals. Hot water for bathing available from 7. 30 - 8am only. Better equip yourself else make it as a day trip go back and stay in lay.
