Goa Samundar Beach | Rooms & Caretaker

The ac & tv were not working as it was too hot climate, twice i told the caretaker, but he ignored it. The swimming pool was not clean the mattress cover & bedsheets were dirty so i stayed only for 1 night & immediately at the next morning, i checked out & left the room, although my booing was for 2 nights.

We are regular customers of make my trip for years together & we had good service from mkt. This time we booked a home stay in goa with same expectations. But this time the experience was horrible. First we were denied rooms in goa samundar home stay & were directed to some other place with different name. It was a 3 story building with no lift, hot water was denied, electricity was put off due to differences between staff & owner. Air conditioning system was out of order. Arrogant staff denied room shifting, instead advice d us to collect refund & leave hotel at 10. 30pm. The room condition was rubbish. You should have policy to check amenities the hotels state to provide. Hope you will feed me back on this issue positively. -sandeep wadhavkar, solapur.

Room ok. Washroom did not have water supply. When i ask the reception to come and check my ac cooling the person told that my owner is out will come and check. Tv was just kept as a display. Not at all a good place to stay.

The owner was rude, she was not picking up calls, and wasn't ready to help me with the address as i wasn't able to locate inside the lanes. They don't really entertain people booked by mmt. So go at your own risk

Hi, after paying entire amount to make my trip a hotel person demand for a deposit for no reason at the time of chalking, no cleanliness in room as well in bathroom

Car cannot come to property wince it is inside. No networks in mobile inside rooms even no wifi inside rooms. Overall good

Is really good behaviour hotel staff good exclusive quality is very nice just now reached home safely

Caretaker mingle was very poor. Bad experiences. Amenities also not clean. Not considering as a tourist rude behaviors.

Hello, we have not received good treatment at goa samunder beach hotel. Hotel owner does have not any manner and doesn't know how to behave with the guests and was arrogant. Hotel staff refused to provide receipt of payment at hotel and made us wait for long hours. We have decided not to stay at the hotel as we are being hurt by the rude behavior of the hotel owner and hotel staff. I request if they could make the refund of the booking and black list the hotel so that no customer can get this treatment in future.

Property location is very worst even no sign of property name is mentioned so that i can track the hotel easily and the google map location i have to walk more than 100-200 meter walking distance and finally i have to call to hostel staff and they receive me before 100-200 meter distance and then after i will reached hotel and even after then there is no sign of hotel name. Secondly hotel room very poor lot of seelen smell ac is very poor and most important swimming pool is in photo and actually it was totally short and in poor condition and area was very poor where hotel is located. Very very bad experience in my life and there is no connectivity of network signal so that i can contact make my trip after checkin the hotel property.

Dirtyyyyyyy not kept not clean very rude behaviour. Not gonna visit again. Location was not easy to find

it was below average. Property owners in goa just create a room at any place and post a different photo. Bad experience.

Worst place to stay. Very unclean rooms. No dust bin. No mat outside the bathroom. No room service. We were a group of 3 girls staying there. We were constantly worried for our safety. There were sudden knocking sounds in the middle of the night.

No phone network and wifi is not working but room are ok location are good nearby beach but not bad

There is non availability of hot water. No cleanliness even we told them. When we ask something no any proper reply. No any proper service more overs weeming tank have timing from 9 am to 6 pm after or before non availability of sweeming tank.
