Goa Palacio Resort

I have travel-led many places but this was my worst experience with mm t do check n remove this property as soon as possible this is just so terrible.

Worst hotel, no reception, in fact they didn't even take id, no locks, no waiter, rooms will smell and dirty, it's like u staying in some old kholi

Worst experience. Property is in worst condition. No tv, no ac. Room walls are in worst condition

Room is no ac no tv no bathrom lock.

As booked hotel was different and actual hotel was different, swimming pool was not cleaned in actual given hotel.

Room was too small and network problem in room

Hotel maintain proper sanatization and even provide cleaning services any time required. Services are very good above expectations. Food quality some time good some time average but worth value for money.

Photos shown in the hotel is different with actual hotel. They said they have multiple properties and gave us shalom residency one. No cleaning not proper communication. Staff were not trained. It’s like leaving in lodge. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room is near to everything wholesale liquor store bustation and restobars and walkable distance from candolim beach

Room was okk, but in bath room window open, any can see inside the room, no water in bath, when i ask for water, they said we will try, but no water come after 6 hr. In short worst experience of my life, mat rukna kabhi isme

Costly, gave small room instead of super dilux room as per booking, behaviour was very bad, room service was terrible

The initial booking i made was really so bad and no any facility was there also the choosen room was not given to me for stay. Then after the argument with the receptionist then choice me to shift from their property to the another one which was 2 km far away from the location. Finally i got the right accomodation after one night stay sacrifices on the exiting hotel which was booked by me. So be careful when book this property also call to the hotel to ensure the right booking you have done if you plan to choose this particular hotel not the other chain hotels of the su palacio. The feedback given by me is also the another location changed hotel which i got after one day. The changed hotel was also on good location and it was near to candolim beach walking distance also near to agoda fort. Thanks

If you are single so stay here i am not suggest for this property on family on friends

Nice resort with good food. Only issue was cleanliness as no one came to clean the rooms in our 4 days stay even when we asked to do so then too.

Don't go to that hotel very bad behaviour from receptionist he was very angry towards customers
