The overall experience was really good.I had an amazing experience thanks to Mafida’s kindness and support. After a long night of traveling, I was extremely exhausted and needed some rest before the usual check-in time of 2 PM. I reached out to request an early check-in and Mafida was incredibly sweet and understanding. Initially, I was a bit sceptical because I found out that early check-in typically requires paying half the tariff, and I was worried about the additional cost. However, Mafida handled everything so smoothly — she offered me a complimentary early check-in without any hassle. It truly meant a lot to me at that moment, as all I needed was a few hours of sleep after a tiring journey.The whole process was seamless, and her warm and welcoming attitude made a huge difference. She was not just professional but also genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. It’s rare to find such thoughtful hospitality, and I am really grateful for her support. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. The room was immaculate—spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and luxurious toiletries. Stay was good but need to improve on below things:- It was my 4th or 5th stay at fortune but since then nothing have not seen improvement in below area All rooms need to renovation Lobby area carpet need proper cleaning or even may be replaced Every time we need to remind for some basic thing like:- slepper, shaving kit etc There is minibar but nothing inside the minibar

Very nice and spacious rooms. Excellent staff. The food was exceptional. The waiting staff in the restaurant are extremely helpful. We had requested a late checkout and were given one very smoothly. Overall a great experience.
