Thanks ji Location was good, near Kashi Vishwanath Dham and other places, room service was excellent, food served was warm and tasty

Good staff and helpful. Location well connected and you can walk to ghat. Staff also very helpful on all aspects.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's proximity to the Shree Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Due to road repairs and vehicle restrictions near the hotel, they sent someone to assist with carrying our luggage, which was helpful. I paid for 2 nights, including GST, but the room was far from worth it. It was suffocating with poor ventilation, as there was only a small exhaust fan. The room felt cramped, and the bathroom had a broken bucket that was completely useless. When we turned on the geyser, the power in the entire hotel started fluctuating. A staff member quickly arrived and told us to turn off the geyser because there was a short circuit in the connection. Additionally, out of the 4 LED ceiling lights, only 2 were working, making the room feel dim and unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

No car or rikshaw or auto can reach to Hotel.Just for name its Hotel!! The problems can’t be summed up here !!

The rooms are very small and dirty. Damaged linen provided. Breakfast not provided but was included in package. No service at all. Think before you book Fab Hotel again. Make my trip always provides good service but Fab Hotel is an exception to this. Previously we faced same problem in Vizag and Mumbai. Same continues for this Fab group.

Compact rooms with ac and a small lift amenities. Entrance is behind from passages but building can be seen from dasasvamedh ghat road near sabzi mandi. Location good but as it is close to ghat, getting transport, you have to walk a bit

The rooms in the hotel are very small breakfast is supplied at 10.30am and only idli was supplied in the breakfast. No intercom is working in the hotel. No tv dish is working in the room no proper cleanliness in the room

My room booking was with breakfast..but they didn't give us breakfast.room very dirty .. not maintained very small room

Dirty and wet toilet, dirty bedsheets never changed even upon request, towels never changed, suffocation in rooms fills up with coal smoke every morning due to tea vendor just alongside the wall with hotel, no breakfast options didn't even have bread and butter, breakfast was provided from street hawker, when asked for coffee they said our machine just stoped working. Not even a single image from the site matches the real things, not even the front of the hotel. fab hotels are hand in hand together to cheat people.

Good ambience and near ganga dashaswmedh ghat

The stay was not very pleasant. It is overpriced, and unhygienic. We arrived in the hotel on 08.11.24 at 11:30. The room allotted to me was very dirty, smelly. There was all over dust on the bed, intercom was not working, no charging switch in the room. I asked for another room, it was all booked. Next day they shifted us to another room. It was not bad as previous one but not too good. Intercom was not working. Overall stay in the hotel was not very pleasant.

Very bad experience. They were looting customers. Dirty. Unheign. Giving 20 rs water bottle at 30 rs. Bedsheets and blankets too dirty. Ac were not working properly. Handwash provided was expired. Water was continuously leaking from room no 204. From ac water was continuously leaking from room no 204. Most worst hotel i ever checked in

There was a cleaner issue. There was a broken box to keep your valuables.

The stay is not worth the money i paid. It could have been better. Basic essentials were unavailable, they took money from me for water bottle which should be given as complimentary. I booked the stay with the breakfast, but there was no breakfast available, i told them that i paid for breakfast, then they bought me dosa and tea from outside and gave it to me. Room was dusty and the corners were filled with fungus. No hot water available. C
