Rooms are clean and neat. Good service, but better maintanence is required for washrooms. Hot water not available all times.

Hot water facility is provided for 24*7. As solar panels are used , first half bucket water will be cold. We will try to improve the cleanliness of washrooms. Thank you for the feedbackback

Sir, the details you have given to the hotel rooms doesn't belongs to us. The pictures are different so as the facts. There wasnt any of such complaint reported at the time of your stay either to us or to rhe cleaning staff..kindly cross check that you reviews the right property

Stay was plea-sent as rooms were cleaned properly. Only thing which is lacking behind is food and drinking water. We need to purchase food from outside for which we need to travel little down and also we came to know that drinking water needs to be purchased. At-least we should keep a provision for drinking water.

actually the party was not at all aware of our booking thru your portal and even our calls to them went unanswered. their office was closed and after around 40 minutes of waiting and searching their people contacted us back and got us thru.
