One of my most unpleasant stay

First there was no board anywhere outside and was very difficult to find. Room and toilet dirty with soiled walls. No mirror in the toilet. No towel and soap. No wifi and TV not connected.

To bad experience I have ever seen in any hotel, the manager was rude and staff is also rude, when we book Ac room in online they are providing non Ac rooms for booking even after complaining also they are saying we provide non Ac room only and the bed any washroom also not clean.

The hotel was not good, the name of the hotel is different ,no hot water available for taking a bath in the morning, AC is not working properly, cleanliness they never heard that word i guess, staff behaviour is very rude. overall rating is -negetive
