The hotel is pathetic. Very dirty and water is leaking in the washroom. We have received the bedsheets with stain. I would rate this hotel as 2 only. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this place.

Recently i have book a room with ac but at the hotel they have given me the non ac, and told me to take this room or contact customer care number and take refund, time was 10pm, how a customer can call and ask for refund and choose another hotel, unexpected customer service form this make my trip company, its my worst experience to use this app and their hotel booking service

This oyo hotel is above Cafe Bappa is good and is near to famous Mandovi river,Panjim can be easily spotted using map. The rooms were little cozy but maintained and clean. The food at below cafe bappa restaurant is too good as compared to other nearby restaurants.
