Most pathetic Hotel ever

This was most pathetic hotel stay ever had in my life. I reached late night at hotel and kept banging doors for 15 -20 min. And even after calling manager multiple times found no way to get inside. But after getting inside, story was even worse, room was dirty like hell. Some women hair was all over bed and dirty stinky sheets. Also not a single piece of soap or Oyo kit was present in room. Morning, we asked for breakfast which was purchased in advance with room. Which care taker denied to give and asked money. I called customer care of MakeMyTrip and after 45 min of my important morning went on discussing breakfast matter with support of MakeMyTrip, Oyo. Till 11 am there was no breakfast. Sweeper started abusing me like street people in front of family for no reason. Their manager came at 11:30 and was least interested in solving matter. Rather went one step ahead in taking side of 2 care takers and sweeper. Main manager was not even in picture because he did not even cared off picking call. This was most pathetic stay. If you want to get you and your family get abused for those dirty rooms, go ahead and book your room here.

Worse experience

It was one of my worse experience in hotel stay. No staff for service, no facility was working like AC, cable and also spent lots of time for with staff for get the services.

Nice facility and good service. Overall had a nice stay and food was also good.

Hotel staff behaviour was very good. Amenities were very good. Bathrooms were very clean. Geaser and AC was available in working mode.
The room was well ventilated and clean. Towels were clean. Location of this hotel is also very good. You can easily reach from bus or railway station by a shared auto.
Hotel and staff was very good. It is located at very fine location. Take an auto for Ranipur More and ask him to leave you on the dominos. Hotel is just beside dominos. Cleanliness was good and complimentary breakfast was also good. I will suggest you to try at once.
