Worst hotel i had ever seen. Did not stayed over there even inspite of booking. No water in room even

Hotel was so dirty and even no waterbottle was offered in the room, walls are cracked and water in the bathroom is dripping like empty tank, geyser not working. We stayed whole night in hell, no staff was bothered about the breakfast. We asked multiple times but there is no response from the staff, with all the frustration we have to left the hotel early.

Very bad room conditions. Please not recommend. . I fill very bed

My stay at the hotel was decent, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. Firstly, the rooms had a slight unpleasant odor, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, despite my booking indicating that breakfast was included, the hotel staff informed me otherwise upon arrival, causing some confusion and inconvenience. Furthermore, i noticed some cleanliness issues throughout the hotel, which could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, although it's situated in a somewhat secluded area on the outskirts. Overall, while my stay had its ups and downs, there's definitely room for improvement in certain aspects of the hotel's service and cleanliness.

I was travel-ling to guwahati from itanagar on 21. 11. 23 and booked the hotel on th3 name night while on my way to guwahati. After reaching hotel i found that nobody was at the gates which were locked. There was a phone number on which was ringing but nobody picked it up. Lastly i had to book another hotel through taxi wala who accompanied us to guwahati.

Very poor quality hotel. Bathroom, room not minimum clean, very dirty. Bathroom geyser, water system fully not working.

Experience was terrible. Frogs are in room. Every room is under construction and receptionist behaviour is very rude as if she didn’t want to gave us 2 rooms in 1800 of amount apart from that room is not feasible for stay

It was terrible experience dirty room toilet bedsheet, smell where, staff was lazy drunk, i'll not suggest any one ever to stay there, every thing was terrible

Location is good and very near to our exam centre that is ion digital, also near to airport. But room condition is very poor & dirty, ac is not working properly.

Worst hotel and the owner is probably worst person i've ever met in hospitality business. Fooling customers by showing manipulative images of rooms. Rooms are really in shittty confition with walls decorated with gutka spits and multiple boxes lying here qnd there even after cleaning. Also they asked me 150 rupees extra from amount what ive booked room with to check-in. When i confronted him with my concern, he arrogantly told me "yahan aisa hee hota hai, mere 3 4 hotel or hai yahan".

They charge me extra for food, even i choose the option for free breakfast during booking

The owner wasn't really helpful, and the room was very dirty. The bedsheets were stained, the geyser was not working. The condition of the room was not good, the walls need repair. The light went out and i had to call the staff and fixed it. Because the switch needs to be fixed it

While booking the amount was fine. On reaching they says cannot give the room in booked amount. Have to pay extra 200 bucks. Atayed for 1 hour and then left.
