Casa Eternal Resort Mandrem

We stayed for 5 days at this resort. We were the only guests and a couple more families were there because of the visit month june, the office season. Awesome resort awesome price/more value than money. Awesome people at service, everyone including priscilla, navnaad, tejas and all other staff people. These guys are young but proactive at the service. We were treated greatly. Rooms are spacious, classic ambience, they clean pool everyday and at your request. I would love to visit again for sure and recommend families preferably for visit. You get scooty on rent from a house in front of hotel. Cars you need to search or get from hotel.

Hotel management was not at all good. No toiletries were provided (not even soap to wash hands). We had to bought it from the market. In bathroom, exhaust was not working, TV was not recharge, water cattle was not there in the room. Also they charged 700 for extra mattresses. List is long, so I am ending here.

This is a new resort,just 3 months old. So some things could go here or there but my overall experience was good. Next time if i stay near Mandrem this is where i would stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was decent and helpful. Got the complimentary early check in due to the end of season. Mandrem beach is the nearest. Thank You

Excellent. Very clean and hygiene. Very good supporting staff and good response from hotel management. Best stay at goa and couples friendly very good to stay.

Overall property has a feel of dharamshala. Wifi/tv not working. Bed is very uncomfortable. Food is good

Best rooms and service gud cleaning well cleaned rooms in entire goa and mandrem beaches. U will like to stay there
