Food was very bad. Any restaurant staff was not cooperative

Everything was ok not best.

A pool for 10 people, air-condition, restaurant, extra bed, street view, Calangute Beach distance 1 km. I guess wine shop is just a step away, Manibhai's room service is very much appreciated! The Delux room is around 300-400 square feet usable (they mentioned 500 square feet). Refrigerator It's great for 7 people.

The place is so safe and the middle of the market place.

It was very pleasant and staff were very supportive.

The staff are very approachable and helpful the breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suit was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.

Location very near. Lalmani is great person, animators are good, room service is good.

I conveniently stayed with my family. Services are needed to be upgraded. Intercom facility is must which is missing here. Location is good near Calangute beach.

Mr Lalmani is the best for room service and guide.

The hotel staff was not at all professional. The cleanliness was terrible. Linens were never changed in my 3 days of stay. Nobody ever came to clean the room unless asked to. Dirty and smelly towels, bedsheets and blanket. No hot water in the washroom. We were provided only one ac remote for two rooms.

It was a pretty decent room for the price we paid.

We check in as a group of friends. The hotel management was cool and friendly. The rooms were big and clean. Good maintenance. We have enjoyed a lot in swimming pool. It's a good place for family, friends and couple too. Thanks Cardozo.

Misbehave, no room services, rooms are very dirty, if guest call room attender they misbehave with guest and use bad language. No electricity and no water in bathroom. After all I suggest you to not to go in this hotel.

The hotel is not as expected. Too pricey for those room, bed-sheets were not washed, I don't want to talk about help.

Not too good for a stay. We booked a large room for 4 people but on the first day they gave us small room and asked us to adjust. Next day they changed the room for proper 4 people. The AC was not working. The dish TV recharge was also exhausted. Overall a very average stay !

Location is good. But very unsafe for stay. The area is worse. Cooperative staff.

Not so good. AC never worked. Not even a basic cupboard. Broken toilet seats with no hot water. No generator, long power cuts as per electricity board. Good things are location and the nature of owner.

The rooms are spacious, breakfast is so good and has many items, staff is so good and has many items, staff is so co-operative with decent attitude overall very good hotel at this cost. All the best Cardozo holiday Home.
