V bad smell dirty room taking extra charge for ac room

If You’ve Ever Dreamed of Staying in a Horror Movie, This Place Is for You! Where do I begin? The moment I stepped in, I felt like I had entered the set of a low-budget horror film — minus the fun. I had booked an AC room , but the receptionist casually told me, “Oh, that’s not valid for the price you paid.” Lovely, right? So after 2 hours of back-and-forth (and zero help), I finally got a room — not the one I paid for, of course. The room? An actual masterpiece of neglect: No fridge, AC didn’t work, WiFi was a myth, and the curtains looked like they survived a storm. Only two pillows so thin, I’ve had thicker napkins. The washroom was straight-up tragic — a faucet that dripped like it was weeping, no proper shower space, and no light in the shower area And let’s talk about the ambience – the hallways were dark, the entrance was gloomy, and the vibe was so off, even my phone didn’t want to connect to the WiFi. Parking? Oh, it’s in B2, and guess what — no lift to the ground floor. So enjoy a mini trek with your luggage in horror-movie lighting

I paid advance one week before but room was not allotted and staff is horrible replying. Ask makemytrip and not us. Very harsh behaviour

i was book twin bed but they provide me small room and said to give its extra charges while checking time , Room ac water leakage. Toothpaste kits take 30Rs extra

It's very suffocating and ac not working. And also washrooms are getting smell. Fans also not doer in some rooms. And mainly ac is not working properly and washroom getting bad smell very disappointed with. This. I hope you understand.

Hotel grand himayat. My worse experience i had so far. The flush was not working in the washroom and the washroom stinks. The executives of the hotel asked for extra money, and was calling again and again for the extra money. The booking costed my 1980 but the executive was demanding for 2500 and when we refused to give she tried calling again and again and was bargaining for money. I would rate 1 on the scale of 10.
