First of all I want to thank Shubho the guy who was working there he was Damm good & very professional .... Once he left the situation became WORST.. SO THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE BED SHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS EVEN AFTER 3/4 DAYS NO CLEANING WAS DONE PROPERLY ..SO MANYY RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 CAN'T CALL SWIGGY AFTER 11 EVEN IF YOU DIE OF HUNGER . 2 AC WILL BE ON ONLY AT NIGHT 7PM TO 9 AM DOESN'T MATTER YOU'RE SWEATING OR ROTTING WHICH IS AWFUL .. 3 THEY WILL TELL YOU TO KEEP YOUR SHOES DOWN AS YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR THEM INSIDE EVEN THOUGH THE STAIRCASE AND THE LOBBY AND THE ROOM IS TOTALLY FULL OF DUST 4 THE LOCKERS ARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE IT KEEPS FALLING DOWN ON YOUR TOES AND ANYONE CAN STEAL ANYTHING FROM THE ROOM IF THEY REMOVE THE BED MATRESS I STAYED THERE FROM 23/5/2025 TILL 28/5/2025 FIRST TWO DAYS WHERE OK BECAUSE OF THAT SHUBHO GUY BUT FROM 25/5/2025 IT JUST BECAME WORSE AND WORSE.. I AM NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDING. THIS PLACE AT ALL SPECIALLY TO THE SOLO LADIES AS THIS PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT AND A FEW POLITE STAFF....

wonderful experience great stay

As a avid traveller I had stayed in More than 1000 hotels within india ranging the rate of 200 rs to 35000 rs a day but always there was more or less cleanliness even at some Dharamshalas who offer you religious stays but in this particular case :- what is visible in the picture is entirely different experience when I entered inside the property :- you have to remove shoes but the floor should also be clean for that :- the room was just the size of the double bed. U can not put anywhere your luggage, no table, no chair ,no stool ,a bed smell inside the room, walls are sticky, back side of the door- from inside was dirty and toilet was too cozy I had stayed in mumbai and other places the lights were too dim too ,suggesting you to check before you promote some hotel or degrade the price ,the linen cover was filthy, I checked out after 10 -20 minutes of my check in time in the same night the only thing I liked was the person on reception at that time he was patient with me, think of a person who comes in the midnight and find such pathetic situation what else he can do except check out immediately

it was not a good property for a biker car guy because there was not any parking area/facility and there closing time was too early but still the property owner was kind enough to give refund on a non-refundable property.

Everything was good except cleanliness.

I feel like my own home is very good and I had a good experience 👍

great for solo travelling. the people whom I meet was amazing and wonderful.

The ambiance was good,the best place to stay with friends while having a trip to Kolkata. Complimentary breakfast was there.

Unhygienic bed and washroom, room was very darty with very bad smell . washroom is not cleaned at all

it's a nice stay for a group, solo , boys and girls . Every type of people will like this stay. this is cheaper in cost and better in service.
