Brown Stone Home Stay

The view and private space are excellent. It's a peaceful retreat outside the city, perfect for a relaxing environment.

The worst experience i have ever had, The room service was very bad , Not good wifi not even given towels , soaps which are pretty basic for even a lodge but This was a homestay, and they also rejected giving access to the kitchen to cook (said it was private).

The room location is too far from the city and for famous places in Ooty. The service and the facilities are not as per the value! Additionally, If you are looking for cheap rooms with high value for money. this one will be your best option! I booked for a 2 day stay but we weren't able to continue on the 2nd day so I checked out from this location on the same day! full waste of my money and time!

The brownstone homestay I stayed was fully out of city..It was still 3k per night which is ridiculous. The room was unhygienic. They mentioned that they would provide food if we pay. But the price was too much like 25rupees for 1 chapati and extra price for raita. And they served it in utensils that weren't even washed properly. There was only 1 maintanence guy in the whole homestay and they also refused to give owner's number when we wanted to complain.

Verry bad homestay and service

The stay was very good. The room was so clean amd appealing and the bathroom was also very clean would like to recommend to others.

It is a decent stay in this home stay but it is away from the town it will be difficult to go the hotel

Hello, actually here there is no proper clarity of floor count me that it's the top floor. When we went for check in they were assigned -1 floor not even the ground floor. And there is no heater facility. Days 2 early hours there is no power and we are facing issues with hot water. There is no power backup and there is no cleaning. Even if there is no individual dustbin also.

Room is Avarage, No Hot water at morning time,for phone charging no electricity, should take water..

The stay was safe and awesome. All the mentioned amenities were provided and the property was also well maintained. The property's location was very near to most of the tourist spots which saved alot of time and money.

The property was well maintained and the stay was safe and awesome, we had no disturbance from anyone. The view from the balcony was amazing and the backyard was also good. All the basic amenities were available. I recommend this property because it is pretty near to many of the tourist spots. With 5 to 10km you can find alot of places to visit.
