Our stay at Brijrama was just amazing. It's such a beautiful property at an even more beautiful location. All the staff there are so friendly, they do everything in their capacity to make their guests feel comfortable. The food was so good, esp. the lassi, loved it 😍 We had one of ourbest experiences staying at this heritage site.

familyHave been travel-ling across the world for over a decade, undoubtedly this one of the best stays so far. The staff, the food, the rooms everything was upto the mark. Though we went during monsoon the staff took care of everything. I was travel-ling with my dad and had specific needs, the hotel made sure we were comfortable at every point of time. Special mention to the staff helping out with the guests movement in and out of the hotel, reception person (amit, satish ji and others.

Right next to dwashwamedh ghat. Beautiful ambience, one can have amazing ganga views. But the rooms are non ventilated and small for the tariff. So not very much happy with room space and size. Otherwise it is good

A short and blissful stay by the river gang-es

soloI decided to stay in this place as it had a vantage location by the dashashwamedh ghats where the ganga aarti takes place. They take us to the hotel by a boat from name ghats. The hotel person mr pramod who accompanied me in the boat was very courteous and he explained in detail about the number of ghats and it's significance. The boatman also was kind and offered to take pictures. The hotel was a heritage property and it was a architectural beauty with pleasing interiors. The room was a lil small but it was very well maintained. Complimentary snacks and high tea was very good. They took us on a complimentary boat ride to see the ganga aarti and it was a surreal experience. Breakfast food was awesome and the service was impeccable. Complimentary foot spa was fantastic too. All the staffs were very courteous and made it a pleasurable experience except the reception staff ms nikita who had an attitude and was not at all approachable or helpful. Her behaviour was very callous. Thanks to brijrama for the wonderful experience, will cherish it.

familyThe property is not for seniors citizens. U have to walk more than a km. In narrow lanes. From the car drop point u have to change riksha 2 times & then u have to walk. The management had no where mentioned this. They had not made any arrangements for daily travel of their customers.
