Infrastructure is good and well maintained. Welcome drink was poor - they gave maaza mixed with water. No complimentary breakfast.

The stay and place was very good and the rooms were very neat and clean! the staff was friendly and helpful. However the dinner ends by 9:30 and it would be better if they extend for some more time. Quite a bit away from munnar town and roads to this resort is nice. Overall a good experience!

We stayed on this property just for a day and what an amazing time we had. The rooms are beautifully done up, the housekeeping staff is very courteous, the food is awesome and they have a nicely maintained pool nested in a floral garden. Strongly recommended for good times

First of all, blossom hill is actually a resort quite away from the munnar city. You may not enjoy the weather your expecting to get from munnar, from this place. For those who want to take a break from routine and stay at a reasonably priced resort with family, just go for it. Similarly for those who have visited munnar several times, it's a nice place for a change, since the route to reach here is different. The guests are taken on jeep to their rooms soon after check-in. That was indeed a memorable ride. The rooms and restrooms are neat and clean. The view from the balcony is nice, and you can do bird watching there. But the climate is not that cold, they had provided a small ceiling fan which was not at all sufficient to keep the room cool. We were sweating all night with very little fan and heavy blankets provided. Good room service, but the food is quiet expensive. Complementry breakfast comprised of bread& jam, cornflakes, appam, kadala, boiled egg and tea. ( mentioned so that you know what to expect). They have a good swimming pool in the garden which is quiet away from the resort. It lies near the parking lot. The swimming pool is 5feet deep in one side and it's more like a private pool, since we hardly found other guests. Facilities to change your clothes and have shower have been arranged for those who are interested in swimming. The garden is a good place to be with family with swings, pond chairs and basket ball court etc. I think they need to keep the grass in a better condition. It's a nice place to take a break from routine.

This was my honeymoon trip & the property was too good. The view from the balcony, the cleanliness, the hygiene standards. Loved it all. Only the swimming pool is not operational.

My husband and me decided to stay at Blossom Hill resort for our short vacation and it was incredible. Everything about the stay and staff where so helpful and humble and food was quite good too. Housekeeping was done everyday and the hotel and the premises all in all was so neat and beautiful. We both would highly recommend this place for newly married couples and families.

Ambiance and location was very good. I would defiantly recommend it. It is little away from Munnar Town. But the location was so good. Food and beverage also good.

Ambience of yhe resort is very good. There are two options like valley view and hill view both are amazing. The rooms are located at the top of hill its difficult to reach room if there is no jeep. Usually resort provides jeep service for pick up snd drop to the room. Downside of resort there is a swimming pool and park like set up. Swimming pool have timings from morning 6am to evening 7pm.Resort is providing room service as well as a hotel is there inside. It will take around 45 to 50 minutes to serve food once you place order so if you are planning to have food from resort call and order 1 hrs in advance. Resort is located far from town around 19kms so if you are focusing on site seeing on one day trip better not to opt this otherwise if you are on a honeymoon trip then the ambience is amazing.

The location is a bit remote area, but the experience was great. The staff is highly professional. Good in amenities, hygiene and cleanliness. The view from the room is breathtaking. The resort is a great experience. Surely must visit place
