I stayed there for a night but the overall experience is not good not I guess they don't bother to worry about customer experience and doing what they are doing, even simple higiene was not followed, this was my first and last with billions

Pathetic. If you have to bath you have to call them 15 minutes before and wait and after that only hot water comes. I literally had to take Bisleri water to bath properly. Keep it as your last option.

I have stayed in this hotel previously by chance. I booked a different hotel and that one was fully occupied so they transferred me in this hotel because of them I found a real classy hotel and I became a regular customer for this hotel.
