I booked hotel for two adult and then the visited for stay they demanding extra amount which is absolutely triple of my booked amount for Male person. And when I cancelled my room they denied to refund. Then I stay another hotel. Very poor talking and bad behavior staff, I never seen this third class hotel in my life. Advice to all do not book this hotel.

Filthy bathroom, decade old used bedsheets no pillows, no service guy. No one is to take your luggage for sure. Citizen. You have to help out yourself. Unhygienic bathrooms.

Horrible experience with MakeMyTrip at Avi House

My Experience with MakeMyTrip regarding the stay at Avi House was horrible and pathetic. Firstly, the location given at *COMPANY* was wrong. Secondly, I had to wait for an hour for the reception staff to arrive at a differnt location (which he himself suggested). Thirdly, the staff took me to some 3BHK apartment located in a weird locality. Fourthly, the room given to me was extremely small and did not have an attached washroom. I immediately had to leave that place as it did not match the details and descriptions given on *COMPANY* regarding the place, also, I did not feel safe at all over there. My time and money, both were wasted quite well ! Based on such unacceptable experience, I shall never use and recommend *COMPANY* to anybody ever again.
