I am providing this review due to the host's lack of empathy and courtesy towards guests. I had booked this homestay for 3 nights (May 24th-27th) for my family, but unfortunately, my 3-year-old son fell ill with a viral fever on the day of travel (May 23rd). I requested cancellation and a refund, providing medical records as proof. However, the host refused, directing me to the booking platform (MMT). Given the unpredictable nature of children's health, especially during weather changes, I believe the host could have shown more understanding. While I understand the last-minute cancellation for May 24th might not warrant a full refund, I feel they should have considered refunding the amount for the remaining 2 days. The lack of flexibility and empathy from the host has been disappointing.
