The resort is good overall, but the service at the reception needs a lot of improvement. There was no welcome drink offered upon arrival, and check-in is strictly after 2 PM. Until then, there are no nearby cafés to relax or have a coffee. The room lacked basic toiletries — no toothpaste, brush, or even a comb was provided. The balcony chairs were in very poor condition and need replacement. During our stay, a group of students from one Indira College had also booked this hotel for their industrial tour. Some students were knocking on doors early in the morning around 5 AM, behaving as if they were in a hostel, and then ran away. We reported this incident to the reception, but no action was taken. It seems the management is not serious about maintaining proper discipline or customer satisfaction. If room service, customer service, and management responsiveness are improved, this could be a much better place to stay. Also, note that no beach is nearby — Baga Beach is around 1.5 to 2 km away, so be prepared for a walk.

1. The location is excellent. 2. The food is Okies and they should actually improve the breakfast it is too oily and all bread, pav. breakfast is not so good 3. Amenities are also good.

The exterior is very beautiful but the service of the waiters is little late. Need to call multiple times for the service.

The resort was very clean and comfortable, ideal for families. The amenities provided were also excellent.

it showing good on site , but actual experience is worst. there so many limitations in resort where person are just going for relaxing. Their food is very testless and limited options. Overall very poor service against expectations.

location was good, staff were very supportive and helpful. ambience was nice. Food was very nice. a little bit improvement required like grasses were large in the lawn which needs to be cut down, some cushion can be arranged at the benches near pool

We booked this place thinking it’s a decent 3-star hotel, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this category of hotel. The reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, though I’ll give credit to the housekeeping staff who were the only polite ones. We were a group booking of 7 rooms, and instead of placing us nearby, they randomly scattered us across different buildings. Basic facilities were missing — no dental kit, no coffee kettle, no bath soap or body wash (just a small toilet soap and shampoo). Even the restaurant service was disappointing. They said the restaurant closes at 10:30, but when we called around 10:15 PM, they refused to take our order saying it’s “almost 10:30.” For a hotel claiming to be 3-star, the service quality and amenities were far below standard. Definitely not recommended — much better options are available in Goa for the same price range.

We stayed here for 4 days. Completely satisfied with the resort and stay. Rooms were really good and the locality and the ambience of the resort were too good. Highly recommended. Only one point to be mentioned is that outside foods are not allowed there. I hope the will that decision as the people exploring Goa would not have food and drinks only from the resort.

A perfect getaway! The ambiance, service, and location were all top-notch. Will definitely return.

The location of the property is excellent however there were very limited items for the breakfast. staff is very helpful
