The property was good but needs to be clean. Rooms were clean and are better than the pictures shown . However rooms stink a little. Have a full kitchen but not very well maintained. It is very far from madekeri and lot of time wasted in traveling to and fro from location. So if one wants to soend a vacation just in a property enjoy the coffee estate feeling than very good option

Room was big enough, there is no TV, no WiFi, no AC, beautiful location, bed sheets and blankets seemed like already used ones, they don’t provide food and you have to buy food from Suntikoppa, which is 8km away from home stay. Hosts are friendly, approach road to homestay is mud road. Overall 4/10...

Royal rooms stay was good, hotel owner was a nice man, as soon has we enter happy to see him welcome us with smile. He is very gentle and restaurant below it has good food too. Owner kept our bags the next day till evening when we went for sight seeing.
