Sure, i had an amazing stay at villa khatun. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The service was exceptional, especially from shiva, who was always attentive and helpful. The owner aaron made me feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommended!

familyThe hotel is off no use and for a sick they will not be able to stay there, no transportation and i cancel-led the same day without checking in, however till now the refund also is not processed

We are a simple Homestay in an old renovated house in a quite area of Panjim on the foothils of Althinho hill. Our amenities do not claim to be disabled friendly. This guest came with her wheelchair bound daughter who needed medical treatment to our guesthouse and got upset as we didnt have facilitites to bring her up the slope and the place not be having amenities to her liking which we never claimed by us in the first place. It think a homestay should be treated like a homestay and not a hospital with hospital like amenities. This is a very spiteful review left by this guest. We still wish the girl a speedy recovery. And better judegement by the parents in being fair to a small family business like ours.

Alim is a very good host. He ensured our stay is very comfortable. He was very cooperative and made all necessary arrangements. Though we booked a non AC accommodation, as it was very hot, we requested for a AC accommodation. He made the arrangement very swiftly. He provided the restaurant options, of which Sitara was good to have South Indian food. We enjoyed a lot, surely this property will be our first preference in our next visit ☺️.
